Harvey Redgrave has over a decade of strategic and policy-making experience at the heart of government and politics. He was a Deputy Director in the Prime Minister’s Strategy Unit (PMSU) – a non-political unit set up by Tony Blair to improve No. 10’s access to long-term strategic thinking and analysis. He spent six years at PMSU and worked under three successive Prime Ministers (Tony Blair, Gordon Brown and David Cameron), leading on crime, justice and counter-terrorism policy. As well as firsthand experience of the policy making process in a highly political environment, Harvey also has substantial subject expertise covering security policy, police reform, immigration and organised crime. He is currently Managing Director of Crest Advisory: the country's leading criminal justice consultancy.
